Wardell Builders Incorporated is a Custom Home Builder located in San Diego County working under California General Contractor's License Number B-379314 obtained in 1979 by Terrence Wardell. Wardell Builders employs a field staff offorty-six, including superintendents, carpenters and laborers. We have a full-time office staff of nine.
